Today I was offered my dream job-- almost entirely out of the blue and on a silver platter. As of today, I am a professional baker and I couldn't be more excited!! I will be the head baker of a locally owned cafe` that sells all sorts of goodies, from walnut mango muffins to bacon cheddar chive scones. I'll be diving in and starting with the tried-and-true recipes the current baker has perfected but with the possibility of expanding and creating whatever I want! I will make my own schedule and good money and be in charge of my own department within a month! I am so lucky!
